Client Contract

We are required by the DC Bar to have a written agreement with our clients, outlining the terms of our representation.  We tailor each contract for the situation.  In general we bill on an hourly basis, although we have a number of monthly retainer agreements.  On a few o'ccasions, we take a project on a flat fee basis, although any flat fee project will be the subject of a separate letter and will be paid in advance.  Except for the latter, we do not enter into any representation where we, or you, cannot terminate at any time.  If you have any questions regarding a bill, we encourage you to discuss the matter with us.

Should you use the firm, we will send you a new client packet with the agreement and a data sheet so that you can provide information, such as contact numbers, billing instructions, and other data necessary for us to represent you.
